Does it have to be healthcare management? Would a regular management or a human resources management degree work? Peirce College has either "BS In Health Information Administration" or "BS In Healthcare Administration" for about $20k + the cost of Sophia/Study.com. You could get a "plain" management degree for less than half of that from either UMPI or TESU.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

I've merged the two threads and entered in TESU into the title as they offer both the HR and Healthcare AOS option.
I'd suggest TESU for now and you should review the following WIKI links to get you started. Here's the one for general education, business core, and HR. The main difference or only difference between HR/Healthcare should be the final AOS courses.

You're right, I missed that TESU has a BSBA Healthcare Management. It doesn't have HCM in the "what if" dropdown, though, so I can't see what requirements it has. If it's like Finance, where pretty much nothing is required, so long as you have sufficient UL credit... Study.com has 15 UL credits and 3 LL credits in HCM. This would be just enough to get the degree.
I would need someone to add HCM to their degree planner and post a screenshot to confirm, though.

Yeah, I'd say it was worth the OP's friend spending $50 to apply and then sending in the one transcript to see where the credits land and to draw a bead on the program requirements.
