Is there a wiki page (or other list) of where I can earn Accounting Credits (low cost ACE, NCCRS, and open to self paced college, etc) and how they'll transfer over to TESU? I'm trying to see if I have maxed out my affordable accounting credits options for TESU.
Example: (only - not sure if this is actually correct, it was at one time)
TESU Cost Accounting = SLs Managerial Accounting - ACC150, SDCs Accounting 303: Cost Accounting

Thank you, I saw those - those are a good source for what TESU requires (although I thought Sophia had some of those too?), maybe others have information outside just the required. I'm looking to add as many accounting credits as possible to my TESU transcript. I have never used Coopersmith myself, but it looks like they are now offering quite a few (NCCRS) accounting credits - https://www.nationalccrs.org/organizatio...consulting. Anyone know how these are transferring into TESU? Other lower cost sources for accounting credits?

Unfortunately, the only Accounting class that Sophia offers is Financial Accounting. That comes in as ACC-101 and gets used in Business Core for BSBA degrees.

Yes, it looks like Coopersmith has added several accounting courses that just aren't offered anywhere else, including 3 grad-level courses. Unfortuately, I haven't seen anyone mention them, let alone transfer them to TESU and then report back on how they came in.
My advice would be to contact TESU and ask about them. Worst that they can tell you is that they can't tell you until you transfer them in.
Maybe you contact Coopersmith and make a deal with them - you take all of the UL and Grad-level Accounting courses and then transfer them to TESU as a guinea pig, and they refund you for any courses that don't come in or come in as LL or something like that. Win-win.

I just emailed Coopersmith asking if they were aware of the TESU transfer equivalents for their accounting courses - I'll report back as to their response.
EDIT: Well the response was swift (5 minutes), they recommended I speak to a TESU advisor. So back to knowing what I new before (nothing)

I emailed advising about a few of the Coopersmith courses and how they would come in. I heard back on one today and thought I'd share TESU's response here...
Coopersmith 'Forensic Accounting (ACC-325)' will transfer into TESU as 'ACC-406'

Heard back from TESU on a few more Coopersmith courses...
Auditing of Financial Statements (ACC - 375) will transfer as TESU ACC-411 Auditing
Federal Taxation of Business Entities (ACC-352) and Federal Taxation of Individuals (ACC-351) will transfer as TESU ACC-421 Federal Income Taxation - Students cannot have credit for both, since they duplicate one another.

They also duplicate the TECEP exam.
Thanks for reporting back, it's always good to know what things come in as, especially new UL courses!
