Is the idea here that the associate's degree plan should be added first, then the cornerstone will be satisfied by transferring from edX? I can see that strategy working because the advising team shouldn't be able to remove the course credit if the transfer evaluation team adds it. And the evaluators seem to make plenty of mistakes, so your overall chances are pretty good.
