TESC BSBA - would these courses duplicate?

According to the TESC website, the Business Ethics and Society DSST is the equivalent of BUS-302. As you already know, Saylor's Business Law & Ethics is the equivalent of LAW-201 Business Law. According to Straighterline's website, Business Ethics is the equivalent of PHI-384 Ethics and the Business Professional. Even though all of these have different equivalents, there is no guarantee that TESC will allow all of them. Their policy on the Intro to LE and Intro to CJ DSSTs is an example of two different equivalents that aren't allowed within the same degree.

According to TESC 2013-2014 College Catalog page 12, the DSST Business Ethics and Society is equivalent to BUS-311 Business in Society.
