My degree conferral email came on Monday and I was admitted MAR/APR'23 and my last name is R , and I applied like 06/27/23 for graduation so they are getting to the bottom of whatever list

It's definitely not alphabetical order or earliest application date or who completed their courses first. Some people are just unlucky...
