Substance Abuse DSST
#1
Does this work for the BALS-SS UL requirement?  I'm down to my final 3 classes before SOS-110 and Capstone and am interested in this or any other DSST recomendations you guys might have.  Thanks!

I'm not an expert on BALS concentrations, but it is UL and it is SS, so it should work without any trouble.

Study.com and Coopersmith both have lots of options for UL social sciences.

Thanks.  Currently, I've got the History courses for Holocaust, Civil War, and Vietnam war slotted in but I'll drop one of those for this DSST and would prefer to take some quick test's as opposed to ones on SDC if possible.  I'll take a look at Coopersmith for some more options!

If History counts (I wasn't sure), then you could also do the History of the Soviet Union DSST. Also, I think the Money and Banking DSST would work, because it comes in as ECO-332, but I'm not totally certain of that, so you'd want to check with someone more knowledgeable than me.

That works as a SS course.

Here's how TESU converts DSST tests:

https://www.tesu.edu/academics/catalog/dsst

Anything that starts with a "3" or "4" is considered UL. Substance abuse comes in as Drugs and Society SOS-304, so it will fulfill the requirement.

Based on the free-clep-prep-free difficulty guide http://www.free-clep-prep.com/dsst-difficulty-list.html, I'd recommend Intro to World Religions, Business Ethics and Society, and Ethics in America for your next three tests.

These last 3 are all LL.  Just an FYI.

Oops you're right. Free Clep Prep claims they're UL but TESU takes them as LL. Substance abuse, History of the Soviet Union, Fundamentals of Cybersecurity, and Money and Banking are the only TESU UL DSST tests.
