I am looking through my email and opened the email from my final submission and just realized I submitted the wrong final assignment (version). I'm drafting an email to professor, doubt it will make any difference. Total oversight can possibly cost me to fail the class. I've done great with all milestones with amazing feedback and 4/4. Now I'm here feeling depressed and anxious about this. It's like why... why.. why.. couldn't I catch this before submitting it. To think naming the assignment with a format similar to this lastname_244 System and lastname_244System I would've selected the correct one... Only reason for multiple version was I was having issues with PP I would add my references and no matter how much I typed the box wouldn't get bigger only wider and I wasn't able to manually change the size of the box.
I guess I'm venting a little and all over the place beating myself up for such silly mistake. This is the second time, it happened with my first milestone.
Do you guys think it will be somewhat okay? Any suggestions?

No one here can definitively advise you on your specific situation. Ultimately, the decision rests with your professor.

No one can say. I would email the professor and explain the situation and include the correct file in the email.

This one is spot on. I happened once submitted my Final by email to the professor with her consent. Communication is the key.

During my TESU term, I accidentally submitted the syllabus as my assignment by dragging and dropping the wrong file by mistake.
I did try to double-check all my files before hitting the final submit button, but I guess it still slipped by me. After that, I implemented a procedure to download and review the files I uploaded to ensure they were correct.
Luckily, the professor was understanding and didn’t deduct points for it being late.

If this happens in the future, reach out to your learning coach, and they can help reset the submission for you (if they still do that). I find it helpful to email professors early on and communicate. They're more likely to read your emails if your name is familiar.

+1, I agree, contacting all the people who can assist you would be paramount... Your academic advisor, success coach, professor, are the main people to get in contact with, then there are others if you even need to go up that chain of command...
