According to study.com they have met the requirements to be a approved provider for TESU
Support Ticket #675442
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. We have actually completed the TESU Educational Provider Review and we have been approved effective July 7th. It looks like TESU hasn't updated their approved providers page with that information just yet, but we expect that to reflect the approval shortly.
Best regards,
Ryan

Its great news indeed. I did some searching and found this on TESU website:
Note: Being an “Approved Provider” does not guarantee 100% acceptance of courses or learning experiences by TESU. These decisions are made by TESU and communicated to the approved provider.

So being an approved provider makes study.com transfer more likely to be accepted as they are: study.com UL -> TESU UL? right now some of them are some are not so I'm just wandering, for example study.com Computer Science 307: Software Engineering -> TESU 251 LL

I would still expect that TESU will follow the ACE recommendations.
