How difficult or time-consuming are the assignments in study.com business classes? My main concern is finishing as quickly as possible. Here are the classes I'm looking at:
Finance 303: Financial Institutions and Markets (104 quizzes/1 assignment)
vs.
TECEP FIN-331: Financial Institutions and Markets (84 quizzes/0 assignments)
Business 312: Advanced Operations Management (64 quizzes/1 assignment)
vs.
TECEP OPM-301: Operations Management (68 quizzes/0 assignments)
Business 113: Business Communication (125 quizzes/3 assignments)
vs.
TECEP MAN-373: Managerial Communications (103 quizzes, 0 assignments)

Business 113: Business Communication (125 quizzes/3 assignments)

TECEP MAN-373: Managerial Communications (103 quizzes, 0 assignments) I can’t speak for Finance 303 or Business Com, but I completed Advanced Ops Management with Study.com in about 6 hours. Study took about a day to grade my essay and another 3 for the proctored exam. Overall, it was quick course to finish.

Awesome, thanks a lot for the info. I'll give it a try on study.com

For the most part, assignments aren't that time consuming. I think six hours is towards the higher end, but I've only taken two assignments there so far.

I'm confused about what you're comparing.
Finance 303: Financial Institutions and Markets (104 quizzes/1 assignment)
vs.
TECEP FIN-331: Financial Institutions and Markets (84 quizzes/0 assignments)
FIN 303 through Study.com is their actual course. I'm guessing the 2nd one is the non-credit-bearing course to get you ready to take the TECEP (which is $225). Not sure why you'd do that?
Same with Ops Management.
Same with Business/Managerial Comm, except that the Business Comm course is LL, while Managerial Comm (course or TECEP ) is UL.

I believe what OP's comparing is doing the course through Study.com versus taking the TECEP

The TECEP doesn't have "84 quizzes/0 assignments." So I don't think that's what's going on, although I could be wrong.

I think OP is talking about using Study.com to prep for the TECEP. The prep course on study.com for the TECEP has 84 quizzes and you would need to take the actual TECEP but you would have no assignments. Or OP isn't aware that the TECEP courses Study.com offers are just to prepare you for the actual TECEP test.

Thanks, yeah, I know the study.com TECEP courses are to prepare for taking the TECEP test from TESU. My question was really how time-consuming the assignments are. For example, if the TECEP preparation course takes 12 hours to complete the lessons and quizzes, and the study.com equivalent take 12 hours for the lessons and quizzes plus 12 hours for the assignments (so 24 hours total), I'd prefer to do the TECEP option and save myself 12 hours of time. But if they both take the same amount of time, I'd do the study.com option because it's cheaper.
