This is a really random scenario. On Monday I planned on taking the Study.com Marketing Research proctored final, when I went to go take it there were some technical issues and I got kicked off before I could start the test. That same morning before I took the final, I added the course to my ACE transcript. Obviously I did not pass the test as I never took the final. This morning I received a confirmation from ACE that the course was added to my transcript as complete. Has this happened to anyone else here? I'm not quite sure what to do.

Do you know if you had enough points to pass if you scored 0 on the final? You probably did well enough on the essays and quizzes?

On the quizzes I did great, mostly 5/5 a couple 4/5, but I did not do the essays yet. I was waiting to see what my combined quiz and final score would be before I started them.

you can't get enough points on a study.com course to pass it without the final
this sounds like a glitch, i guess you should report it

Usually when I finish a final exam on study, if I know I passed the exam at the end I'll submit the course for approval to ace right after. A few times it was transcribed on ACE but wasn't finalized on study.com yet. Probably not as much of a glitch as your situation but somewhat similar I guess haha

You should contact Study.con and get it straightened out. If is is ever realized later that it was approved in error it will be much harder to resolve. Plus if you're planning to transfer those credits to TESU they require the transcript directly from Study.com now, not from ACE (although you should always add your credits to ACE whenever possible for long term documentation)

Is it actually a requirement to send TESU study.com transcripts from study.com or just a new option in addition to the ACE transcript?
If you're only taking using study.com courses then that would save you some dollars. When I sent in my transcript from study.com it overwrote my previously annotated ACE transcript I sent from ACE in student services. I don't know if that would cause any issues in the future. Also, I haven't seen anywhere that made it a "no kidding" requirement.

its required. TESU won't add them off of ACE, they require Study.com to send them. no idea why but I can confirm it from personal experience
