I just went in to check my Ace transcript and noticed that my Straighterline course that I completed in December has been removed from my Ace transcript. I was grandfathered in because I purchased the course before Nov. 1st. I hope this does not mean that I have to take the exam again and have it proctured to get the credit. Anybody else out there that this has happened? Unfortunately everyone is closed for the holidays and I will not find out for sure until next week.

Wow, this is odd. Do you have an ACE transcript copy with the SL course showing on it? If so, I'm not sure they could remove it once it was posted. This could be bad news for lots of members who took SL courses. Please keep us posted as to what you find out.

I went back and read the email that I was sent that said it had been added to my Ace transcript. It was at one time on the transcript and now it is not.

ACE seems to be having "issues." They have been really confusing with the expiration dates of Penn Foster courses. I emailed them almost 2 weeks ago and have not seen a response yet. Maybe they'll respond when they open back up on January 2.
