I'm aware that Sophia is a sister company of Strayer and that official transfer lists do exist, Just wanted to share my Sophia classes that got transferred into Strayer and what equivalency they were assigned.
All 3 credit Sophia courses transferred as 4.5 credit courses at Strayer.
Both 1 credit courses, Bus 1200 & ConRes, counted as 1.5.

Sounds very expensive as a college. Does it take all Sophia Courses?
It would amount to 92 credits if it did.

even they don't take the foundations of college algebra. But foundation of stats gets 3 credits (quarter system so it's only partial). foundations of eng comp is an elective

It is very expensive imo, around $1600 per standard 3 credit course (4.5 credits at Strayer).
My employer started a new deal with them to offer classes for free (Comes out my yearly tuition reimbursement total, half off, without the payment upfront.)

For Strayer, email your academic advisor and ask them if the Challenge Exams count towards residency credits.
Post your reply into this thread and I'll further explain after we find out what the outcome of the question is...

If your company is paying directly at a specific college, and they offer a program that you want, then you should definitely take it. Not having to come out-of-pocket up front is a great thing.
As bjcheung77 said, you may want to check their Challenge exams and see if any apply to your program, and if you think you can pass a few. They are $20 each! You have to be a Strayer student to get them, but since your company is paying, take advantage.
If you want to try to hack the system, you might also consider one of the Big 3 or WGU, bringing in a bunch of Strayer Challenge Exams credits. Tons of UL options available in things you can't find elsewhere. You could take 1 course there that your company pays for, then take challenge exams, then transfer out to another school and finish there, using tuition reimbursement.

I think this is exactly the right way to go, I already applied and was accepted into TESU BACS program.
I may be a bit biased but TESU doesnt have the negative public stigma of Strayer's name on a degree.
I'll reach out to my advisor, this kind of great advice is the exact reason I made an account here.
