All in All, it's up to the buyer to decide which purchase is the better deal for them.

I think of the ACE/NCCRS alternative credit providers the same way as I think of the Cellphone Teleco's.  They provide either a subscription based (post-paid cell plan) or a flat fee based service (pre-paid cell plan).  For example in the case of Coopersmith, Davar, Sophia.org, etc you pay the flat fee based for each course/exam - one specific fee for one course.  For Study.com/StraighterLine, etc, it's a post paid plan which is a monthly subscription with course add-ons if needed.  Depending on the person's use and requirements, it's actually up to the individual to decide which provider would be best for them.
The philosophical direction is not for everyone, and I understood that. In the first year of the university, we were taught a course in general philosophy for the entire stream and for my classmates, I understood how they were not interested in this. I, in turn, sat in pairs on philosophy and listened to everything with incredible attention. Recently I have been reading a lot of philosophical books and essays, including on the site https://writingbros.com/essay-examples/philosophy/ Most of all I like to study the philosophy of Ancient Greece and Rome, in particular the philosophy of Stoicism.
In the case above, there seems to be more "Subscription" based purchases vs the flat rate purchase because the membership allows them access to cheaper course purchases.  That's the main reason I chose SL/Study.com as I get to finish more classes faster vs Sophia at a similar cost.  That's just one factor, I highly recommend Sophia as well because their system is superb, graphically and the content that they teach is on par to what SL/Study.com teaches.

I absolutely agree with you. very deep thoughts that respond within me.
