Getting help with questions on the material study.com
#1
Is there a way to ask questions about the material on study.com? Or is it just do what you can? Once again I've run into something where either I don't understand what is presented or study.com is wrong. Problem in question (if any of you know what the answer to this is, lmk?). I thought this seemed straightforward but study.com has an answer and explanation that doesn't make sense to me. Maybe I should just move on and forget it, but it bothers me.

The numbers 1 through 20 are written on separate slips of paper and placed in a hat. One of the slips is randomly drawn. What is the probability that either a prime number or a number less than 10 is drawn?

Should be 9+4(1-9,11,13,17,19) over 20

12/20 = 6/10 = 60%

13/20 = 65%

THANK YOU. My own simple mistake - counting 15 as a prime when it isn't. (BTW it's 13/20, you forgot 11, which is prime Smile)

So, I did. I fixed it above so that people don't find the wrong answer.
