TESC has a few BSBA options that might fit nicely for your needs:
The majority of the coursework (~85%) can be completed through testing and/or online study. The area of study for each will require in seat or courses transferred in from another 4yr institution (UL credit) as the courses are not available at TESC. There are many, many BSBA degree maps available both on this forum (quick search) and at the degreeforum wikia.com.

A link to my degree plan is in my signature. Keep in mind some of the requirements have changed since I completed my degree (2011). Precalculus was required at that time, but, currently college algebra fills the math requirement. Also there is also now a diversity/ethics requirement. Not a big deal. The exams that meet those requirements are not difficult for most.

BSBA in Hospital Healthcare Administration Degree Program
BSBA in Public Administration Degree Program

You might also consider a RN to BSN program in your area.

I'm sure others will chime in shortly with other recommendations.

Good luck in your educational career goals!!

For TESC, you would probably have to find many of the healthcare administration courses from an outside source. Other options would be Excelsior and Charter Oak. You could test out of the general education and free elective requirements and take the rest of your courses with them. Western Governors University is self-paced and inexpensive. They will accept CLEP and DSST for general education requirements. That would probably be cheaper than taking several courses at Excelsior or Charter Oak. However, WGU will not transfer in any courses/tests after you enroll.

WGU gives you a list of which courses they will accept for each subject area.
