I am certain this question gets asked ad nauseum, but I was finally able to enter my Pierpont account and see some problems with my BOG transcript.
What is accepted of the prereqs:
ENGLISH 1 (Sophia)
MICROECONOMICS (Sophia)
But they say computer literacy and mathemetics and science missing even though I have Introduction to web development, Introduction to Networking from Sophia
In math and science, I have introduction to statistics from Sophia. I have done almost every science course from Sophia, just missing some of the labs, so I don't know why that requirement isn't met.
Finally, there is a problem with my ACTFL, my speaking exam is not listed even though it should be worth 12 credits. I am thinking of sending another language transcipt directly because I saw the same problem from the credly transcript that they didn’t catalogue it as a course with an ACE value for some unexplained reson.
How do I contact Nancy Parks in this dashboard? It only mentions opening an outlook account. I am confused about this.

You need to email Nancy Parks from your Pierpont email address. I think that would be Outlook.
The transcript you see in ROAR is only kinda-sorta correct. It'll show which courses have transferred in, but it's not exactly accurate when it comes to which courses meet what requirements. Nancy Parks has to edit those herself. She should be able to help you get things straightened out with the ACTFL exam, too.

You need to send Nancy an email. She will take care of the transcripts. There's lots of posts on here about problems because the system isn't designed for the BOG program.

It's miles better than it used to be, though. If you look through posts from a few years ago, you used to have to take a class from Pierpont if you wanted transcripts from Pierpont at all. That is, you weren't previously able to prove that you graduated from Pierpont if you didn't take a Pierpont class! Fair enough, but I'm glad they fixed that bug and it's a 100% transfer degree now.

ROAR is an automated system, it tries to take the courses into the proper slots, but issues may arise. You should be fine when final audit comes as long as the courses are all completed, you want to get Nancy and the registrar team to 'move' the courses into the proper slots and then apply for graduation once you have word all the courses landed in their proper places...

Thanks for your help. I think this should be mentioned on the wiki. Also about the step where once you get your login paper in the mail, you call the phone number listed on the paper. Press 1 and then press 2 and you are directed to the registrar office. They activate your account very quickly.
I sent the email, hopefully I will get an answer soon.

Hi @avidreader! I graduated from Pierpont in August! While you have some advanced (concept) computer classes, they really want to see the Introduction to IT course on Sophia, or equivalent. Check with Nancy, of course, but it seems like they are looking for fundamentals. It's similar to how I tested out of English Comp 1 in college, and fast tracked straight into English Comp 2, based on my assessment during enrollment. Now, I have to backtrack at UMPI and take English Comp 1, even though entry and skills for Comp 2 were at a more advanced level. Requirements at various schools can be quirky, but one thing for sure, is Nancy will do all she can for you, and is a great advocate for students. You can reach her fastest at nparks@pierpont.edu. Please let us know how it works out! PS - Some of my transcript areas remained blank, and she gave me credit in certain area for prior classes that were being held under electives. Those certain areas stayed blank, until degree conferrment time (drove me crazy and kept a bit of anxiety up). She should have e-mailed you a list of what you need. If you haven't heard from her and are just now going through the initial evaluation process, and are looking solely at ROAR, you might be interpreting something other than what she has worked out on her end.

I also have the intro to IT class as well, so, regarding classes I should have everything. If my ACTFL exam is verified, I should have 96 credits, far beyond the required 60. I haven't gotten a reply yet. I don't know how fast Nancy replies to student emails.

When she does the manual review, she will e-mail you and let you know what credits (if any) are needed. I don't know when you applied, and if you are in the application process, and haven't received any outreach from her. She is very responsive, and I have known her to e-mail me on the weekend. If it's been longer than 2 weeks since your last e-mail to her, I'd send her a new one, to nparks@pierpont.edu (there is one that she seems to check / respond to quicker, and that might be it.) She had missed one of my e-mails one time, and it put me past the graduation application deadline (which they resolved.) Let us know how you end up!

When I contacted her she was extremely welcoming of student contact and explained that she really manually processes all of these. The earlier you contact her, the less confusion there is. She is one that really walks the student and the transcripts through the process and prefers contact from students early on in the process. She is extremely friendly and absolutely welcoming to student contact for concerns.
