Excelsior does. TESU would then issue CR so it wouldn't be part of the TESU GPA. Still, it would be on an Excelsior transcript when applying to grad schools.

I took a final exam on onlinedegree.com. It's the first time I've taken a proctored exam. About how long does it take before I find out whether or not I get credit? Will they email me?

As soon as you finish it will let you know you passed the exam. About 4 days later your entire course updates.

I'm about 33% of the way through the Python course and although the quizzes are very easy, I keep getting the answers wrong ... ? I keep expecting to get 100% and then I get 40%! (sometimes). It's very weird, so I'm going to e-mail them and complain.

I done the same thing, and they don't let you know what questions you got wrong or where to go study from.

I haven't had that problem with the first half of the course. Are you answering based upon the course content? Someone else said that they were using prior knowledge to answer and were getting a bunch wrong.

That's part of the problem for at least a few questions. I'm missing the easiest questions, so I don't really know what's wrong. After I posted that, I've only been missing about one question per test. This course really sucks because the quizzes are worth too much early on while you're adjusting to the format. If I have to retake it, I'm going to have to sit through those rambling videos all over again.
