Situational Analysis Definition:
A process internal to the overall organizational strategic planning process. Involves research and analysis of both internal and external environmental factors, consideration of organizational successes and failures, and the impact of the organization's past and present abilities to reach its goals. Market Analysis Definition: Research intended to predict the future of a market. The process of determining factors, conditions, and characteristics of a market.
