I have built a plan (See below; comments welcome) or most of one. To get it validated and locked in, should I enroll or just wait until nearly done? If I enroll at TESC and get the plan validated, I assume I would need to be completely done with my plan before the end of the enrollment period? I also thought it might be a good idea to enroll so that I could get my MS/CompTIA, Military and 'Life' credits evaluated. But, I have no real idea of the best approach. Help is appreciated, thanks!

It depends on how many courses you plan to take with TESC. With CIS, you may need to take several, so either the Enrolled Options or Comprehensive tuition plan would be the best.
If you only need a few credits from TESC courses, then the Per Credit tuition plan would be best. With the Per Credit tuition plan, you can enroll right away as there's no annual enrollment fee to rush you to completion.
With the Enrolled Options or Comprehensive plan, waiting till you're nearly done will allow you to save on the annual re-enrollment fee. However, there's a risk that some credits you take will not transfer.
You could also pay the application fee and get 2 evaluations before enrolling. However, you'd have to enroll within 6 months of applying.
Regarding your degree plan, I think there are some errors in the area of study, but since I'm not a CIS major expert, I'd wait for someone else to give you a better feedback on that.
Thank you both for your thoughts. I have been trying to follow Sanantone's plans. I am hoping they could validate the plan. I PLAN on testing out as much as possible, with an attempt at 0 college actual courses. Not because of the time or money, but because it seems it will make a good story I have made it far in my career..much further than I should have without a degree. I have much..personal joy in rubbing it into the snobs who have Master Degrees (the kind who wont let you forget). Along with a GED and no degree, I think the next perfect step would be a complete test out of college. Yes, I am a bastard.

There are a couple of problems with your plan that I see. The DSST and TEEX overlap, so that won't work. I would use the C++ from straighterline personally. I would do the systems A & D through TESC. It was wasy to get an A and you need a GPA anyway. I would also suggest for management and intro to computers to test out and skip saylor.
I have that degree and you can see what I did below. Also make sure to get the 12 required UL credits in the specialization.
PS. I have a masters and don't you forget it! of course the ink is still wet on it. ;-)

Until you actually enroll, the requirements for the degree can change. If you have a specific plan, enroll and lock in the requirements. Otherwise you are required to meet the requirements at the time you enroll.

Also, someday maybe a MS in Forensic Psychology, just for fun. Oh, and a BS in Animal Behavior. And, maybe when I'm 85 a PhD in something fun.

You completed both a bachelor and masters in a little over 16 months? O.O
I.Am.Impressed.
And OP, if you're looking to have a GPA listed on your TESC transcript, you'd need to take at least one TESC course. If having a GPA doesn't matters, then a total test out could be possible.
Since you asked for my input, I recommend doing something similar to this under the Per Credit Tuition Plan. You can enroll right away if you want because you only need one TECEP a year to stay enrolled.
