Should I contact UMPI now or wait until I finish my GEC with Sophia then contact them

Hello! Should I contact UMPI now or wait until I finish my GEC with Sophia then contact them. I just completed a couple classes in Sophia.  
I received my transcript from Sophia after completing the class, but the transcript bolded as "unofficial".  Is this normal?  Sorry that I have so many questions.

Complete all your Sophia.org first, then do the Study.com second, lastly do the UMPI ones for residency purposes. If there really is a need to contact UMPI, it'll be after you have applied and sent them your Sophia.org credits for transfer. Here's some info on your previous post... If you haven't already done so you should register at Credly with the same email you used at Sophia so your courses are automatically sent there.  Credly accumulates credit and handles transcripts for ACE courses.
