Shmoop related-question. Grading?

I am nearly done with my first Shmoop course and I wanted to know if the grade matters or is it just pass/fail? I haven't retaken any tests yet, so if grade matters I will weigh in on which tests to retake, but if grade doesn't matter I'm already doing fine to pass. Help?

If it's going to be added to ACE, the grade won't matter as long as you pass.
