This looks interesting.  This is a propio from a very prestigious university in Spain.  Price looks really good.

4,350 EUR (around US$4,600)

Complutense Madrid is one of the historic universities of Spain.  It is arguably one of the top 3-4 universities in Spain and has an illustrious list of alumni.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Complutens..._of_Madrid

"In recent years, the university's notable alumni include 7 Nobel Prize recipients, 18 Prince of Asturias Awardees, 7 Miguel de Cervantes Prize recipients, as well as prime ministers of Spain, European commissioners, presidents of the EU Parliament, a European Council secretary general, European Central Bank Executive Board members, a NATO secretary general, a UNESCO director general, an IMF managing director, Spanish royalty, and heads of state."

Complutense also has well established ties with Harvard and other Ivy-League schools.

This is awarded by a public university (compared to UI1 and UCM which are private). At least 1 evaluator would grant a more favourable evaluation for this degree as a consequence of the university's public status: https://www.taicep.org/taiceporgwp/wp-co...tinues.pdf

Yes.  They offer both an online (English) and on-campus (Spanish) version.

The 4350 EUR price is for the online program.

The admission requirements may introduce additional fees and need more effort for students from outside the European Union:

"Both the university degree and the official grades certificate must be legalized by the Hague Apostille.

If the degree or the certificate are in a different language than Spanish it must come with a sworn translation."

This a titulo propio degree but looks solid. As always depends if you wan it to progress to a PhD or just for work.
The question will be how will WES evaluate the degree.
