Has someone taken Saylor CS302 Software Engineering course? Any tips for success? Was it an easy UL transfer to TESU for their CIS-351 SE?
Saylor SE course and transfer as UL experience?

Several people have taken it. I don't know if it's easy, but it's certainly easier than the Network Technology TECEP that BACS students were previously forced to take.
BTW, if you're planning to do a flat-rate term at TESU, it's recommended to take TESU's SE course instead of the Saylor course. The TESU course is relatively easy, for an UL class, and so fits quite well into a flat-rate term.
In progress:

I was trying to avoid a 15 credits term due to work and family responsibilities. However, I agree a flat rate term is ideal from many perspectives. I don’t know how hard it would be. May be at least one additional work day off each week during the term will help. But I am not sure. I definitely going to have to take weekends off if I go that route.

If you do the capstone, cornerstone, software engineering, and two ePacks, it's not too bad. Even if you have to pay for a course extension, it's still cheaper than the residency waiver.

For the BACS, skip the cornerstone, you can do the EDX course instead... I actually tried that course and finished it in a day, without completing the entire thing either, I skipped the final proctored quiz and still passed! You can take the capstone, PLA-1010, and 3 epacks...

Did you do SE with Saylor?

I've reviewed the SE on Saylor. It is doable if you've done well with some of the SDC courses and do a speed review of the Saylor material. That's what I did and passed by a few points.
