Does anyone know which date the "completion date" is supposed to show on the SDC transcript for those courses that require an assignment? Is that the date on which the exam was taken? Or the date on which the assignment was submitted? Or the date on which the last action (taking the exam or submitting the assignment) was taken?
Any clarification would be much appreciated.

It looks like the last action taken becomes the date.
I've completed two exams back-to-back on the 9th, and also submitted the assignment for one of them that day. That class shows the 9th as the "Issued on" date. For the other class I waited a bit with the assignment, and submitted it on the 13th. That class shows the 13th as the "Issued on" date.
I had always used the exam date (even when I turned in assignments after). Never had an issue getting it posted to my ACE (now Credly) transcript with the exam date.
I have heard you can request they update your transcript to reflect the exam date. If you tell them your situation, they might do this. It's worth a try.
Btw, are we talking about the Computer Architecture course?
You pretty much have enough credits to start the Feb term and then be set to graduate by June if you hurry. Otherwise, it will be September.

I have confirmed with Study.com that for any courses in which there is an assignment, the course completion date is the last date on which everything was completed - either the date on which you took the exam if that was last, or the date the final assignment was turned in if that was after the final exam.
If for some reason your date shows something else and you want it fixed, you should contact them.

Well, the story is that I took CS 306 on 12/31/21, then I submitted the assignment on Jan 16, which was graded the day after (unbelievable).
Up until now the date shown on my SDC transcript has always been the date in which I took the final, regardless of when I submitted the assignment. For some reason, the completion date of CS 306 is Jan 16!!
So I contacted transcripts@study.com and explained that CS 306 was the only course whose date did not match with the date in which I took the exam. I was told that the course completion date was Jan 16 because that was the date in which I submitted the assignment. I asked to change it to 12/31/21. No way.
In turn, another course that I had on my transcript has been corrected to show the date in which I submitted the assignment (was the exam date previously), while CS 306 still shows Jan 16.
Today I received the following update from transcripts@study.com:
"A colleague of mine just told me that TESU made a mistake about the credit-validity date of CS 306, and they will still accept completions after December 31. I recommend that you reach out to your advisor about this, if you haven’t already. You can show your advisor this credit-recommendation page for CS 306 (click here) which shows that its current credit recommendation from ACE extends until March 31, 2022."

This means the TESU CS is back in play, time to update the Wiki yet again lol.
So all the programming courses, discreet math, computer architecture should still be valid.
Get your courses done before 07/01/22 because you never know what could happen next!
