I'm trying to downgrade my College saver plan back to premium as I had it before and it will not let me do anything other than the 2 more expensive college plans. Clearly trying to keep you spending more. Any workaround tips besides cancelling and using a different account?

Well I'm going to answer my own question. I cancelled my subscription and lo and behold, I was sent an email for me to sign up with all the options.
