Might not help at WGU, but may help at another school
BOMI is on the list, but I don't know the details for RPA to check individual courses.
I don't see any of the others, but I am not familiar with them and may be looking at the wrong oranizations.

three Clep tests for a start, If you earn a small income you may qualify for a federal grant which equals free money for college. I'm not sure if its WGU or Patton that doesn't accept Financial aid but you should research it a little.
Don't forget that gaining college credit by taking exams is one of the reason's we're here. That's mainly possible through the flashcards made available by the owner of this forum :

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this). Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.

Yes, I'm aware. I was speaking more about the fact that with all those certifications, he might be able to use their credential assessment and turn some of that into college credit (no portfolio required). I received 30+ credits for my certified paralegal credential.
Don't miss out on something great just because it might also be difficult.

Sorry about that. I missed that post with the certifications. In that case it does sound like good advice.
