It's already known that COSC will accept FEMA IS courses directly. It is also known that Excelsior will accept them if they're on another college's transcript. It looks as if TESU assumed that all of your emergency management courses were from FEMA. They're probably familiar with your school and know that they convert FEMA IS courses. Anyway, despite COSC's acceptance of FEMA IS courses, they are still being inconsistent and rather ridiculous for not accepting CSU Global CBEs. I asked them for a justification for this, and they never responded.
CSU Global CBEs: proctored exams, based on actual college courses, college level, and come from a regionally accredited college

We all know what "ASSUME" means? TESC does block across the board denial. No research! Kind of sad.
That being said I am not anti-TESC. I think its a great University. It is bias when it come to the emergency management field.

It is much more believable that TESU made a mistake when evaluating your credits. They make mistakes all the time. There is absolutely no rational reason for why they would have a bias against emergency management and emergency management, only. They are the only ones of the Big 3 that offer an emergency management degree. Each of the Big 3 has its quirks. COSC will accept FEMA IS courses even though they don't come from an accredited school, but they won't accept CSU Global CBEs despite the fact that they come from a regionally accredited college. Excelsior will accept FEMA IS courses as long they are some other school's transcript (this is probably to cover their own behinds with their accrediting agency), but they won't accept TEEX courses even though they're offered by an institution affiliated with the Texas A&M System and are ACE-evaluated for college credit. Honestly, TEEX courses are way more difficult than FEMA IS courses. Excelsior accepts just about every other ACE-evaluated course, so not accepting TEEX courses doesn't make sense.

I agree with Sanantone, I'm going to go with a mistake was made, and you need to go back to TESU for a re-evaluation of those courses.

Did you send Excelsior your TEEX ACE Transcript or an official TEEX Transcript or both? They put the TEEX Cyber courses on my EC transcript. I am still waiting for a few TEEX/EMI/NFA to be added?

COSC would not take my CLEP/DSST from either my ACE Transcript or JST Transcript. I need to order a prometic Transcript instead.:ack:

Tons of ACE credit courses are online courses are unproctored. That is NOT a requirement by ACE. Just on pure Exams (DSST/CLEP/ECE).

Excelsior claims they are coming out with one in 2016. I am also applying for an COSC Individual Studies in Emergency Management. TESC says I need 27 more credits:ack: (whole year) for their BS in EM. I will go to a real university like ASU for the same degree before I do a complete year with them. I think I can do better with the other two. I will keep posted.
I do not need the degree. I already work in this field. I do this for fun.

I was just making the point that CSU Global CBEs are more difficult than FEMA IS courses, but COSC won't accept them. I've been arguing with them for why they accept FEMA but won't accept CSU Global CBEs; their reasoning has yet to make sense.

ASU online is extremely expensive. There are other public universities that are cheaper.

True, but if you are going to do a whole year a PAC-12 University Emergency Management degree is more valuable than a college few know of. Cost-to-benefit ratio!
In my case I work in the field with tons of experience so a College name means very little.
Kids with zero experience need the brand name like ASU.
