Just finished up at TAMUC and was accepted today at NWCU Law. I know we have had a few fellow forum members attend NWCU Law but is anyone currently enrolled? If so, how are you doing and would you recommend it?

Hello All,
Sorry to bump an old thread, but didn't think it was necessary to make a new one. Yes I am interested in know about this too.

but I am not too keen on taking the baby bar, and the tuition is slightly more than NWCU
Another option is the University of London LLB degree which is way cheaper than NWCU, (Around $8500 for students without a first degree, or $6400 for students who have a first degree) but would require a LLM to sit the bar in most US states.

Another option is the UK Open university which is more expensive, but they do not have any formal entry requirements, so basically anyone can enroll in this degree.

Interesting that you mentioned this. I was just reading someone’s experience on Reddit. Apparently they qualify to sit the NY bar because along with the LLB from the UOL, they have an LLM from an ABA school.

No idea, however, the combination they have allows them to sit the NY bar.
The tuition price is tempting, so is the fact that they allow up to 6 years to complete. (I’m in no hurry). Plus I signed up for a free first year of BarBri (for anyone interested, I think the promotion is still running).
The only issue I have with NWCU is the 4 first years courses run concurrently. I wish they were one after the other.
