Received TESU Evaluation report | BABA CIS

I applied for the TESU BSBA - CIS month back and got the evaluation report today. They've accepted 57 credits and applied. 17 credits I got it from SL and CSM, yet to send the transcript. 

Will they accept Introduction to Religion (SL) for Civic and Global Learning (Diversity)?

What are all the upper-level credit courses available for CIS?

I need to do 14 courses + SOS110 + Capstone. It will cost 6600$, Is it worth? If I do BS - ITM from WGU, it will cost only about 4500-500$. 

Shall I do BSBA CIS & BS IT from TESU? Will it reduce costs?

Yes, but you're paying for an exclusively online university at WGU.  I would recommend TESU because you mentioned you're on a visa in the US.  You're not a citizen nor a PR, I would do the same courses that will transfer to both schools.

This I don't get - How do you figure doing more courses will reduce the cost?  If you are going for two degrees, I would recommend you do the BSBA GM/CIS (Dual concentration) and a BACS from TESU.   I looked at your PDF, you should already have the GM concentration, if not, you just need two easy accounting courses - Do another PDF for the BSBA General Management and link it here.

Recommendation:  Most people go for two of the three options from cheap/easy/fast.   However, I go for all three and add a 4th - Value.    You need to focus on 3 things in any field, including IT.  1) Degree, 2) Experience, 3) Certifications

1) A BACS will give you a greater ROI (return on investment) over a BSIT.  Your BSBA CIS will get you in the door just fine in the IT field as it has at least 18 credits in CIS.  It's the experience & certifications that will land you a better position later.
2) I would work on the experience if you're green in the field, work on getting at least 5 years under your belt.
3) IT certifications that are industry recognized play a better role in ROI than getting the "BSIT" degree, as some are vendor neutral such as CompTIA, but many more are vendor specific.

Your Future Studies (Masters):  I would recommend a WGU MBA ITM as it hits all 3, cheap/easy/fast and because it has the ACBSP, it's got that added value.   And because a degree from the Big 3 will be extremely expensive.  I recommend Big 3 for undergrad as they are "private, public or state B&M" schools and WGU for graduate studies as it's an exclusively online university.  There are alternatives, such as other competency based degree programs at the masters level.

Challenge - I'm afraid of Physics 2 and Lab ( Will they allow me to do Chem 1 & Phy 1 with lab - In the Evaluation report, I could see  Choose two of the following :
CHE­121 4 SH, CHE­122 4 SH, PHY­115 4 SH, PHY­116 4 SH)

Reason for considering BS IT: In India, BS IT is considered as an Engineering degree and only available from Engineering/Technical colleges. Most of my cousins are engineers and only I'm left out. 

BACS -> 69 credits applied
Challenge - Discrete Math and for AOS Electives 12 credits are needed but courses are not listed

BSBA - GM ->81 credits applied

I've completed the below-mentioned courses.
SL: Intro to Communication, Intro to Religion, IT Fundamentals, Physics 1, Accounting 1 and Principle of Management.
CSMLEARN: High Performance
Sophia: Developing Effective Teams 
TEEX: Cyber Ethics, White collar crime

In your signature, you already have a BBA from another university, skip the BSBA and go for the BSIT/BACS as it's a waste to have a duplicate degree in Business (even though the Area of Study or the concentration may be different). BTW, what was your major in the BBA as most of the courses came into the GM AOS or concentration?

For your money's worth, it's much much better getting the BSIT and BACS vs getting the BSBA CIS and one of those two, since you already have a BBA. If you need a specific concentration in the BSBA, you can get the certificates instead FREE en route to your BSIT/BACS...

You should do the StraighterLine and Study.com combo. I would work everything with one provider first and then work with the other provider to finish of f the degree. This will save you on membership costs vs subscribing to both at the same time, it'll also get you more focused.

You first steps right now are to complete the FREE Ethics course, the other two free Sophia courses, the free TEEX courses. Since you have a StraighterLine membership, complete American Government and Business Stats right away, work on ALEKS. Then work on the Study.com courses listed below. Finally, finish the degree by taking the SOS-110/Capstone at TESU.

TESU has a strict two degree policy. That means two degrees from any University. So either choose a BS IT or BA CS but you can't do both.
