Well...you had one dealing with TESC so far was it a "terrible" experience?
If you have a negative view of TESC this early on, perhaps you should concentrate your efforts exclusively on COSC.

I was referring to reviews of others I have read here. I'll think about it. I've had two additional experiences both revolving around unanswered emails.

I think it is laughable that anyone expects good customer service from any state employees

I've had several extremely informative conversations with COSC. All of my emails have had timely responses. Normally I wouldn't expect such customer services but COSC set the standard. :p

From what I understand, once you enroll you are treated differently. There are still some customer service issues, but if everything is done correctly, you will have very little customer service interaction while in the course.

I've decided painfully to go with COSC. I want the BS w/ concentration in paralegal studies. It will make my UGA certificate worthless (seems like a waste of money now)...should I even leave that on my resume after I graduate? But, I am comfortable with my decision. Just because I can complete it fast at TESC doesn't mean it is necessarily the right path for me. Sometimes what is worth having is worth working a little harder for. I'd rather have at least a concentration anyways.
Thanks for your input.

Just saying, after I enrolled, TESC was pretty prompt about responding to my calls and emails. Sometimes it took a help ticket to nudge them along but the issue was generally fixed.

ABSOLUTELY!! Any document that has both your name and the name of a major institution should DEFINITELY be listed on your resume! I'd give up my oldest child for a UGA certificate with my name on it!! (Of course, I have no children, so it's easy for me to say that).

While I didn't choose to enroll at COSC, their customer service was the best I experienced of the big 3 during my evaluation process. When I would email them I received a response a couple hours later, if it was after hours I received an email that following morning. If only Excelsior could offer such services, you're lucky to get an email response in 72 hours, sometimes its been 2 weeks. However, I'm sure COSC are able to offer such do to its smaller student population.

I think it's worth it to put up with TESC's customer service, but I would take almost any degree over one in liberal studies.

COSC does have a much smaller student body than EC and TESC.
