How close are the tests in these study guides to the real test? I will be taking the Freshman English Comp w/o essay first. I am very nervous. I have scored a 60 and a 63 on the practice test, but I still feel that I have a lot to learn!

In general, I'd say they are a little easier than the real thing. However, you can get a lot out of them by taking the tests, reading the answers, and then retaking the tests to see if you've retained the correct information.

Easier than the real thing. I advise you get at least a 60 to a 65 scaled score on an REA test in order to pass the real thing.
Petersons is very close to the real thing. Some people have called the Petersons tests harder. The best thing I can say is the real thing is between an REA test and a Petersons test.

Thank you all for the info, I will keep studying. Anyone know how I can get back into the Peterson's site? I printed off some of the paper tests awhile back, but now the site I used doesn't work.
