Out of all the apps I have submitted to various schools, I have decided on UMPI given the CBE format.
Transferring in max credits with my BS degree as well as SL and Sophia History courses. Now I am to the point where I really just need the 10 residency classes.
I've identified 7 history classes that I need to take. That leaves 3 more classes to meet the residency requirement. I figured I would do these in Poly Sci given the hybrid nature of the degree.
Any suggestions? I have reviewed the class review list and it seems like these are the candidates. I think it's established that these are the quickest but I am curious about specifics like POL 211 vs 335 and if taking the LD class first is necessary. Also are there any I can do in 1-2 days? I am pretty adept at writing papers and have a fair bit of history knowledge with a bit of poly sci thrown into the mix. There might be some Brightspace changes since the last reviewed classes but I have seen little no chatter....
POS 101: American Government
POS 211: Introduction to Political Thought
POS 301: European Governments
POS 332: Constitutional Law
POS 335: Modern Political Thought
POS 343: Marxism

Did you complete all the required courses in the GEC?
What courses do you have left to complete in the major?
POS101 and POS211 fulfill GEC requirements which makes me wonder if you've finished the GEC.

POS101 and POS211 fulfill GEC requirements which makes me wonder if you've finished the GEC. I have a BS degree so they were waived. I am coming in with one poli sci class as a transfer

Con Law is good, Marxism is good, and I've heard Films of the Cold War is good, but I didn't take that one.

These are the ones you can take with UMPI, you'll have to see other courses to take that can be accessed through Your Pace. You don't need to have everything coming from Your Pace, you can transfer them externally as long as there are courses that can transfer into the minor.

Yeah, I have transferred in pretty much everything I can transfer. At this point I just need to fill 3ish classes to hit my 10 classes at UMPI.

Not political science, but U.S. Environmental History was pretty fast, and was one of my favorites.
