Just like the previous PC Age peeps who got their Bachelors from my advice, I will also recommend you to do one of three degrees, let's get the academic evaluations for all 3. You can review the links below to some of my posts...
So go into your What If and get the screen captures for a BSBA CIS, BSIT, BS Tech Studies and a BALS (no concentration, you can change this to the Comp Sci or the Natural Science & Math). If you want, you can also add the ASNSM Comp Sci evaluation as well... Note: I highly advise taking the 16-18 credits for residency purposes and getting the required credits...
It is no longer possible to get the TESU BSIT via alternative credits - they changed their requirements, and so in addition to the science issue, there's also the 8 CYB- and ITS- courses that you can't find inexpensively (the won't take the courses from Study.com that correspond to those).

This is not true according to their fee page. A waiver for an associate's covers the waiver for the first bachelors. The only waiver he would be responsible for would be the difference (if it goes up from $3192).
Of course I would print a PDF of that page and put a ticket into the registrar to verify if I was going to go that route...

Actually, it's 15 months. https://www.tesu.edu/tuition/fees
Quote:If a student pays either residency waiver fee or does not graduate within 15 months, they will be required to pay additional credit hour residency waiver fees.

The two paragraphs after that:
Quote:Students who successfully graduate from their first associate degree at TESU and pay the waiver will have been deemed to meet the University’s Credit Hour Residency requirement for both the completed associate degree and their first bachelor’s degree should they pursue one at TESU. The certificate residency fee may be applied toward the first associates/bachelors’ residency fee if the student completes their degree at TESU.
Students will be responsible for any increase in credit hour residency fees if the fee paid for the associate degree is less than the current fee at the time the student applies for graduation for their first bachelor’s degree.
The way I read that is if you complete an associate by paying the waiver fee you have unlimited time to get a bachelor's without paying the fee again.

You are right - it is VERY unclear on that page. It used to be that you could get a bachelor's degree within 12 months after paying the residency waiver fee for the associates degree - and they've upped that to 15 months. But their wording is terrible and does make it seem that you've met the residency requirement by paying the waiver - which means, really, that you should be able to get unlimited future degrees and/or certificates there (up to the 2 of each type of degree limit) no matter how long it takes. You would be responsible for the difference in price though.
Again, very unclear, and trying to get someone there to nail it down will probably be damn near impossible to do. Sigh...

I think it's two different clauses.
1) Did you graduate with an associate by paying the waiver? Cool, we'll give you a bachelor's for the difference in the waiver fee whenever. Once. After that, pay up again.
2) Did you pay the waiver for any other reason? You have 15 months.

Like I said, clear as mud. We have no way of knowing what they meant here (sure it COULD be as you stated, but it could be something else).
