To confirm, the Study.com affiliate discount has fully ended and the TESU waiver fee is currently $2500 for out-of-state/$2200 in-state (TESU webpage)? Any other way to reduce this fee?

Any other way to reduce this fee? No, the Study.com affiliate discount is still around and provides tuition discounts and in-state pricing for the residency waiver fee. The main thing that went away when the affiliate program was renewed was the cornerstone waiver. Plus the discounts used to be much deeper. See the TESU/Study.com page for details.
