Thank you - yes, I meant Aleks.
I am working thru the pie, how do I get credit, do I take the quiz and pass 70 percent or when I am done working in all the areas of the pie? Thanks.

Ep2016 Wrote:Thank you - yes, I meant Aleks. You need to get that 70% on an assessment. No matter how far you get through the pie (even to 100%), you can't get credit until you pass an actual assessment at 70%.

I can't see anywhere that allows me to take the assessment.

Or you can go into the master account and request one for your "student." The next time you log into the student account (where you're working on the pie), it will give you as assessment.

Ok I am super confused. So I did the assessment and I was at 17 percent but I am so sure that I got most of the questions correct. How is it that it would be such a low percentage. Is the assessment 30 questions? So does that mean that I need to go thru all the material on the pie cause it seems like a lot. Please help. Thanks

The assessments start off around 30 questions and then gradually get lower in future assessments as you've proved you know various areas on previous assessments.
If you got 17% on 30 questions, unfortunately you definitely didn't get most questions correct. Technically, you can skip going through the pie at all and just keep forcing assessments until you hit 70%, but going through the pie is a good way to learn the material. You can use outside resources to learn as well, I think people often suggest Kahn Academy (right, folks?)
