I currently have:
70 Credit Hours - Local community college (3 of which are CLEP).
18 hours of TESU credit in foreign language via ACTFL exam ACE credit.
For TESU degrees, how many hours of classes are required to be completed at TESU? Is there a requirement for a certain percentage to be upper or lower level? Does ACE credit count towards this number?
I was looking at the TESU BA in foreign languages specifically since I have a lot of foreign language credit as-is.

5 classes - 15 credits, if you are not paying the accelerate fee. 2 classes - 6 credits, if you are:

In the Area of Study, courses must be 2000 level or above. Advanced language must be 3000 or above (3rd level or above).
At least 18 semester hours (SH) within the entire Area of Study (including the Capstone) must be at the upper (3000/4000) level.

ACTFL granted me credit in the 3xxx level for the languages in question. I am guessing that would count.

Yes, it would count for the upper level requirements, but would not count towards residency requirements, nor the RA requirements. You need at least 30 credits that are RA (Regionally Accredited), not AP/CLEP exams or ACE/NCCRS, these generally are college or university transfer credit.

My 70 hours of community college credits are all RA credits. Only 3 were CLEP.

Hmm, maybe I should rephrase what I typed earlier to just a little, for clarity...

Ok, so I have the RA requirements done.
I just need the residency requirements (15 hours, or I can pay the accelerator fee).
Looks like the history and literature course themselves have to be taught in the target language. That's going to be tricky if it is an uncommon language...
