Penn foster ace credits

How long does it take ACE to renew a expired course from penn foster? For example my classes advertising principles, and marketing research expired on 9/30/2015...

I think it takes a week or two for the new recommendations. 2 of the 3 classes I took expired on 9/30 as well. I submitted them for approval based on the date I finished the course (9/15/15) since I could have failed the final and still passed the class. I guess I will see if it is approved.

I took a Sophia course when the company first started back in 2013. I couldn't remember the exact date but submitted an estimated date thru ACE a couple months ago and it was approved over night. Based on this, I'm expecting my PF courses to be approved.

Edit: I just wrote them on Facebook. They will confirm in 1-2 days. I have emailed them a couple of times before about this with no response. Hopefully this time I will get an answer!

Edit again: Reply received. My courses will be renewed. The update to ACE will take about a month per the representative. I have email proof so now I can relax

I sent them a private message on PF's Facebook Page. Employee Benefits and Retail Management are being renewed. If you msg them and ask about specific courses they will respond within an hour. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago and got no response. As soon as I reached out via social media I got an instant response. Go figure

It looks like ACE is starting to update the expiration dates for some of the Penn Foster ACE recommended courses that expired on 9/30. For some of the courses the expiration date was extended with no gaps in date range.
