April 1st is the deadline to submit your graduation application for June graduation. It would be very tight to meet that timeframe - less than two months to get applied, credits transferred, and last four credits complete - but not impossible...just very unlikely. You could also look into the transfer policy for USF to see if you can find the last four credits of courses elsewhere in accelerated from and transfer in. What courses are you missing on your current evaluation to finish?
I did a quick search, and USF will accept up to 70 transfer credits (must complete at least 45 residency which I imagine you've already done) from regionally-accredited schools. Their full transfer policy: https://www.usfca.edu/uploadedFiles/Dest...manual.pdf The only credit by exam options USF accepts are CLEP, AP, and IB, but depending on the courses you have left to complete, that may still leave you testing options. Likewise, various schools have self-paced options now that may offer additional options to allow you to fast-track your finish line without transferring after putting so much work in at USF already. You are approaching Summer term, and a lot of schools offer accelerated summer terms that may give you some flexibility to finish by your move date without going through the hassle of full school transfer.
In either case, if you have at least completed the degree requirements by the time you move, you can list "requirements complete" with a future graduation date on your resume to show you have all the knowledge represented in the degree and are just waiting for conferral.

Finish your degree at your university. Talk to your advisor- take a class at a distance, ask for a substitution, ask for special permission to take it elsewhere and transfer it back in, or take a leave of absence. There are several options ahead of what you are suggesting.

In your situation, Rawrsf, please give the school you're so close to finishing with every chance possible to work something out. Mrs. B has given great information, and Jennifer as always is on point.
Now, is there any specificity as to just what subject those remaining 4 sh need to be in, or what level they need to be at? Then we can work from there.
For instance, if you need upper-level credit – 300- or 400-level, junior or senior year – in or closely related to study of the mass media, and you don't have other coursework that would closely duplicate whichever of these subjects, and USF would accept either in transfer and towards your requirement, you might look at
Brigham Young University Independent Study
COMMS 300 Media Ethics, Law, and Responsibility
PL SC 321 The Media in American Politics
COMMS is their communications course department; PL SC, political science. Each course above is 3 sh, and tuition for each is $489.
BYU has been very well regarded as a provider of individual courses by distance, for college credit, for many years. Hundreds of other regionally accredited colleges also offer courses by distance that USF may also very well accept in transfer, to complete the requirements for your current degree plan.
USF might offer such courses. And as a current student, especially in your special situation, you might be able to arrange one or two independent study or "reading" courses under supervision of USF faculty.
Find someone there – in academic advising, at the registrar's office, and/or faculty in mass media or whichever subject you need to complete credit in – who can work with you. Put these possibilities to them.

You should specify what type of credits you need and at what level, and also if you have reached USF transfer limit or not. If they will accept some CLEP/DSST then you could take a couple of tests in the right areas and have what you need. And finish the degree at USF. Also if you have more than 120 already what about a general studies degree or similar at USF? Work with them first, you've come this far they should be willing to work with you especially in a hardship situation.
