Wow, what a joke. I'm sorry to hear about your struggles, Vicky... I would be beyond angry if I was you. Clearly there's some high level incompetence at play here.
I'd tell them that if 500 "or higher" is their standard, that they might as well just say that they don't honor DSST credit or to at least remove the "or higher" from their description, as it makes them look like fools. Not that it matters what you write, as it appears they aren't even fully reading your mails.

what I am afraid is that if they insist on this rule for whatever reason (or simply they don't like student like transfer credit
), what can i do to change that..?
really, it has been a great help to see that I wasn't wrong, in the other hand, i am clueless
they grant me credit for test that I scored 65, but not test i scored 456,,,

If your advisor finally understands the problem, I hope he will be your advocate until you get your credits. Keep us updated.

Don't know about that. What I am afraid is whether they are willing to change their decision. I can't sue them hilarious

today is finally 7/11! My advisor told me he had forwarded the message to the Student Help Specialist and he is in the process of investigating the issue. I am so nervous. I am keeping my finger crossed (:toetap: )
I hope this misunderstanding will be fixed.

I know in Florida, the public schools all have agreements with each other about what CLEP credits they can accept. Individual schools are expected to abide by this agreement. I don't know if it is the same for this school.
If this doesn't work, does the school have some kind of appellate process or an ombudsman? Also, I wonder if it would help if you reached out to the regional accreditation bureau for the school. They might be able to clarify what the school can accept. Additionally, the school may become more willing to resolve the issue.
