Could those who completed Psychology degrees through the Big Three schools please consider sharing their plans of testing and coursework? Thanks in advance for any and all help.
Looking to strengthen my resume and pick up some new knowledge with at least one other degree.
Additionally, I mentor youth through a non-profit, have a hand in raising several children, and also have friends who have struggled with fitting a degree into their lives. As such, I'm not here searching for degree plans exclusively for myself.
Bachelor of Arts - Political Science (Brick-and-Mortar Institution, 2012)
Bachelor of Humanities - English Secondary Education (Brick-and-Mortar Institution, 2012)
Master of Education - English (Brick-and-Mortar Institution, Expected: December 2014)

Keep in mind that TESC will not award a third associate's or bachelor's degree to people according to their catalog's policy. Their policy is that whether it was completed at TESC or another regionally-accredited school the limit is two of each:
Award of Degrees
Under the second bachelor's section:
"The College will not award a third associate or bachelorâs degree."
I'm not sure about the other Big Three schools. I know some schools are more open on additional degrees and what must not duplicate but you may wish to explore another Master's program.

My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.

I'm earning a Psych degree via TESC. Basically what you could do, is get a copy of each of the three schools degree plan for psychology, then determine which CLEPs/DSSTs/TECEPs/ALEKS/Saylor/Straighterline/TEEX/etc you or those you're helping would like to take. Once you've fitted the tests under their respective requirements, post them here for feedback. Hope that helps

These are some useful links... (in addition to CLEP/DSST/UExcel - Effective July 1st, there will be an additional USD50-USD60 for UExcels, so they'll be on the more pricey end, but still useful for certain courses not available elsewhere or certain 6-credit exams)
ALEKS -- Assessment and Learning, K-12, Higher Education, Automated Tutor, Math - Algebra, PreCalculus/Trigonometry, Statistics
National College Credit Recommendation Service (NCCRS) « Saylor Academy - Free courses, $25 for proctored exam
American Council on Education (ACE) « Saylor Academy - This is still pretty new, so TESC is working out the course equivalencies on their end
TEEX Information Technology / Online Training - Free 6 credits
https://openlearning.kaplan.com/kuopenlearning/LRC100/ - Similar to a TESC PLA course, but course equivalency yet to be confirmed
Course Catalog - ALIGN Degree Services - More pricey then CLEP/DSST, but offers an alternative
Thomas Edison State College: Course Offerings - Similar to a CLEP/DSST, but cost $108 per exam; some utilize open courseware resources

General Education Courses - These are TESC courses, so they'll be on the higher end. But the list will give you an idea of what kinds of exams would fit under a certain category.
If you're considering taking the Per Credit Tuition Plan with TESC, an academic residency requirement of 24 credits is required. It's possible to fulfill it by taking 7 TECEPs and 1 Liberal Arts Capstone.

The tests listed in my signature were the ones I used. Now a caveat is that I had already taken some psychology courses at another school. Those courses were:
Social Psychology
Intro to Psych
Adjustment Psychology
These sans Adjustment can be easily tested out of.
Remember TESC's degree is simply a Liberal Arts degree with a Psychology focus (hence your diploma not mentioning Psychology, although it is on the transcript). So you'll need less psych courses although the more you take the better. It will look good on a transcript.
I was accepted at Wake Forest into a Masters program with my TESC degree so it is definitely legitimate and valid. (I'm two semesters in at this point)
