Pierpont Student Portal ROAR page error

I have already had my AAS BOG approved for the Dec 8th graduation.  I can get into the Pierpont student portal. But when I click the ROAR tab all i get is an error message. Ironically,  my wife attends a local community college online and can't access their site either. She gets the same message. We have tried from multiple devices and browsers. Please help!

Just wondering, are you still having that issue? I was able to log into ROAR earlier this morning and also tried it just now, it may have been down when you created the thread 3 hours ago. Having said that, it seems back up if it was ever down. BTW, did you pay your $130 new student fee and got an email back from Lisa saying you have been approved for graduation? How did you find out? Did they email or mail you?

Are you using a VPN or trying to access ROAR from a non-US IP address?
