Passing SL scores and final
#1
Hi,

I am almost done with Microeconomics. As a matter of fact, I have finished all the quizzes and have only final to go. It was a very long course, took me a few good weeks. I would read a chapter and then take the quiz right after. Since it has taken me such a long time, I am afraid I will not perform well on the final. I already got over 70% but still have to do the final. What is I only get, let's say, 50% on the final or less? I am really worried as it has taken me a long time and I am afraid I might not remember everything.

As I said, I already have 776 points, so technically even if I get 0 on the final I should be OK. But...do I have to get at least 70% on ALL the quizzes and final to pass or what matters is just the overall score?

Thanks

Overall score is what matters. So you were smart to take your time and get good scores on the quizzes, they saved you!

You only need 700 points to pass the class. Since you have over 700 already you can legitly get every question on the final wrong and still pass the class. Congratulations.

Knocking out my first Straighterline: Medical Terminology - overall class has been pretty fun. The info was in more detail that I had initially expected. There are 5 graded exams:

Graded Exam 1: The Integumentary System - 40 Questions (125 Points)
Graded Exam 2: The Nervous System - 40 Questions (125 Points)
Cumulative Midterm Exam: The Nervous System 80 Questions (200 Points)
Graded Exam 3: The Male Reproductive System - 40 Questions (125 Points)
Graded Exam 4: The Sensory System - 40 Questions (125 Points)
Cumulative Final Exam: Review & Final Exam - 80 Questions (300 Points)

Closed out my graded exams with a point total of 664 (94%). Taking my final on Sunday & unless I bunk my head from now until then, I am pretty confident we will have passed the first Straighterline experience. Rocking with the first month free promo (ASH100), so I anticipate attempting at least 2-3 other course in my first 30 days.

Thanks for all the support!
