This morning I passed DSST Principles of Supervision with a 456. Half an hour, in and out, and three credits! I start an online class at TESC tomorrow and I have three tests left (Biology, Statistics and Pre-Calc). Tough ones left for me (especially since I already failed Statistics) but I can see the end in sight! I'm hoping to have everything done by 7/1 for a 9/1 graduation date!

How about ALEKS for statistics and preCal? You could finish in a few weeks. I finished statistics in two days.

Congrats on the pass.
I'm currently working on ALEKS preCal. So far I'm a fan of ALEKS.

How does ALEKS work? do you take the course, take a test and get the credits through them, or do you take the course through them and then go that the DSST or CLEP?

You need to:
-Complete the courses on aleks.com and get an assessment score of 70% or higher ($19.95 per month, one course at a time)
-Visit the ACE site and ask that they accept your ALEKS course (should take 1-2 days)
-Request an ACE transcript (should be something like $40 the first time and $15 for any additional requests)
ACE's site is:
https://www2.acenet.edu/credit/?fuseacti...ripts.main
Make sure you take an ACE approved course and that your school will take it. You could use it to study and then take the equivalent exam if you wanted to. If your school will take ALEKS then start with the lowest course they'll take (TESC takes Intermediate Algebra and above) and work your way through it. If you were to get 70% on the initial assessment you'd be done, otherwise it will teach you the material you missed and then offer another assessment.
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.
