I can't help you with an employer, but Western Governors University is cheap and is pretty much open enrollment. No minimum GPA required and the school is NCATE accredited.

The only employer that I currently knows of that would help with a M Ed is the US military. And thats after you get out. It's called the troops to teachers program. They will pay for your degree if you agree to work at an underreprestented school. But, I'm sure that's not what you are looking for. Most of the "for profits" should be pretty much open enrollment, but I'm not even at the point yet to consider Masters degrees.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

AMU/APU may be the answer to your lack of a gpa. I suspect they would understand it, and have a provision for it that many schools might not (if they even care).
AMU Masters Programs
Morningside college has an amazingly inexpensive option in their MA-Teaching (like under 5K if you did half via VESI). But they will be much more difficult to gain entry. You have to already be a licensed teacher, GPA issue may be a problem, etc...

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this). Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.
