I took this exam after work today and passed with a "B." I hate taking exams after work. I much prefer before work or weekends, but had no choice for this exam.
According to my printout, I did not do as well on the Organizational Process part of the exam. I did not have the time to study that in detail and that probably cost me the A grade. However, I am trying to keep to a schedule and I need to take the exam this week and today was the only day available.
If you have taken Psychology, Sociology, and Principles of Management, you should be well prepared for the exam. I have taken all three and I studied Essentials of Organizational Behavior 8th edition by Stephen Robbins. This is not the big textbook version, but the smaller version. About 15 chapters, 15 pages per chapter on average.
Good luck to anyone that needs this exam. Now, I am on the ECE HR which I hope to pass with an A grade next month!

WELL DONE blue! I knew you would get a good score on that exam.
It's too bad you had to take it after working all day, but you still did very well in spite of that.
Good luck with the ECE HR exam.

Thanks, Kiwi! Yes, taking exams after work is not good and during a holiday week makes it slightly harder because you miss out on some study time due to family obligations.
I will tell everyone who has yet to take an ECE exam this, they are doable but the testing center environment is much different. I had to give my fingerprint, have my picture taken, and be monitored via video while taking the exam. I think the only thing missing was the criminal background check and the pat down before entering the room!!

Actually, I'm surprised they didn't have you empty out your pockets while they watched...at least they did that at the Pearson center in Houston. Plus I had to take off my watch...you know, in case I had some tiny, tiny notes hidden inside.
And you're right Gary...I'm surprised they
didn't do a urinalysis! I wonder if it would have shown how
annoyed I was with all of their procedures... hilarious
