I recieved a very noncommittal email from the assistant dean this morning... Not sure if I should just go ahead and register or accept defeat and go through TESU for the capstone.

If you enroll in the course by tomorrow, you can do your first webinar this week (it's on Tuesdays) and still finish the remaining two webinar requirements by June 28. You might be able to get all the quizzes and final project done by then too.

But then again, maybe you don't have to rush and decide this option since some e-mails are saying as long as you enroll and start that course before July 1st, you may be able to transfer it in. :confused:

How will tesu know that we enrolled before july 1st? Correct me if im wrong but it doesnt say anything about the date enrolled or completed in the ace transcripts. Im almost finished with the pf course btw

It doesn't show date enrolled, but it does show date completed--jsd posted a screenshot of how an ACE transcript looks like at http://www.degreeforum.net/general-educa...post208496.

If TESU would only accept this course for students who enrolled before July 1st (that's just speculation, we don't know what will happen), I think they might confirm the enrollment date with Penn Foster.

The personal homepage of your PF course shows your enrollment date. You can do a screen copy and send it to TESU if there's a question later.

nice. I missed last tuesday's webinar so it's reassuring to know that I'm still going to be fulfilling the capstone. I finished the paper and all of the quizzes. I just need to do the 3 webinars. On a side note, has anyone successfully enrolled in a pre-cornerstone enrollment date by signing up for a TECEP? I read of people doing it but no one ever followed up on if it worked or not

Don't submit your paper until you do your first webinar or else Ms. Donna will reject your paper pushing you further out. She is adamant about student attending her webinar before writing a paper. Just a word of caution and advice.

I have a quick question.

I'm planning to go TESU BSBA in the future after getting enough transfer credits and have a question about Penn Foster Strat. Bus. Mgmt. course.

If i enroll Penn Foster Strat. Bus. Mgmt. course before July 1st, TESU will transfer in as the capstone?

and, Do i need to apply to TESU before July 1st as well?

(I'm not neither an applicant nor enrolled TESU student.)

Honestly, I don't think I would chance that at this point. There is just no way to know if they will accept it or not. But if you decide to do it, I would certainly also apply at TESU, as they may easily say they won't take it for students who weren't enrolled (or at least had applied) before that July 1 deadline.
