Has anyone come here to learn what is PASSHE?
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience: CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning.
Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

since residents are complaining about the tuition of PSU while it seems that Penn State U, a public school though, does not get much funding from PA government. see this:

That’s wild! I think that is part of the reason that many people who really want that “Penn State” degree go to their local statellite campus and commute. The tuition is a little cheaper and you don’t have to pay room and board.
I went to one of the PASSHE schools in the early 90’s. It was the lowest tuition in the state, from what I could find at the time. It looks like annual tuition has gone up about $3,000 total, which isn’t too terrible.

Many institutions cost that much for an undergraduate degree, some people pay up to 80K or more for an associates & bachelors combo as they don't know about the alternative credit option. These are the private, non profit institutions we're talking about... for the for-profits, it may even go up higher than that...

Penn State isn't cheap. A whole degree out of state would cost you well over $75,000, and that's online!
