I was thinking of taking it. It’d be nice if it came over to UMPI as BUS260.

BUS 260 is Leadership, I think you mean BUS 335 which is Organizational Behaviour. I'm interested to see as well if it transfers as BUS 335 or if the Bussiness Faculty will reject it and give it BUS 3XX elective credit similar to how they evaulated Sophia's Marketing course.

Oh yes that is what I meant.  I was looking at the wrong line on my spreadsheet.  Thanks for the clarification.

This course is not in the UMPI transfer database yet. Someone has to take the course and send the transcripts to UMPI then it will be evaluated.

This is what i heard back from TESU: "The Sophia course, Organizational Behavior, will transfer as MAN-3110, Organizational Behavior, through 7/31/27. It will apply to one of the electives in section J of the Psychology area of study." I updated the TESU psychology degree plan on the wiki.

I'm taking this because TESU said it would count as an UL for psych and I thought I liked the assignment descriptions better than the ones from organizational theory in Study.com. But now I am thinking of just paying to take it on study.com. The exams are really frustrating. Many of the questions are neither aligned with previous types of questions nor with the text, and I spend a lot of time trying to mindread what the exam writer was looking for. Many also have multiple correct answers-- I have flagged as many as I have the energy to for Sophia to look over. Hopefully this is all because it's a new course and they will incorporate feedback, but it is frustrating to be one of the guinea pigs.

I think I just need to put less care into the exams and focus on the touchstones, which do look like they will be pretty fun. If I write to the rubric, it's hard to imagine doing as badly on them as I have on the exams. If the touchstones end up being graded the way the exams are common, I will switch to taking the similar class at study.com. For the classes I've taken at study.com, the grading has always been extremely consistent with the rubrics.

These UL would be good for the BAS, BLS, or BA/BABA offerings at UMPI, it may go favorably for other degrees at TESU as well for example...

UMPI has the BLS. Does TESU have a BLS? I don't think they do.

TESU has the BALS, not BLS.

The references were to 3 upper-level Sophia classes for UMPI (Business Law, Business Ethics, Microbiology).

The Superior rank on the ACTFL language exams also brings in 6 upper-level credits to UMPI when the ACE recommendation is for 12 credits for the exam - 6 credits are LL, 6 credits are UL GEL 3xx.
