There's only to guarantees in life......
With that said, there are many people who can take this test with little to no study, and some who will fail studying for weeks. I passed Sociology with little to no study, but that is me, some people fail to reach a 50 on this exam. Many people will swear that IC is all they need, many others will say IC wasn't enough prep. Best advice is to get a copy of the exam guide and or the peterson's exams, try the practice questions, if you get more than half wrong, you need to study, if you get more than half right, IC will MORE THAN LIKELY get you over the hump, but of course refer back to my first sentence.
In the end, it's up to you to know when you're ready, no one on here can tell you that.
Good luck..

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

Take Intro to Psych before Educational Psych (I've heard it works better that way because of the overlap). I'm not sure about Sociology though...I've only taken the Intro to Psych. However, Intro to Psychology does seem to be the base for a lot of the social sciences. For the Intro to Psychology test, read through this forum thread:
http://www.degreeforum.net/general-educa...ology.html. It's got lots of great tips.

I've only taken Psychology and Sociology, but I would recommend doing Sociology
after Psychology. That's the order I did them, and I found it extremely helpful to have a background in psych while I was preparing for Sociology. I certainly enjoyed Psychology more! But obviously, that's just me.
