Online PhD in Bulgaria - 13200 €

I heard about this University on another forum. It's a PhD in Philosophy, takes 4 years, and costs 13200 Euros.

Not the worst choice for a philosophy degree, I believe. This is a public school in a European capital (albeit of the poorest or second-poorest country in the EU, but still). Also, it is cool to study Filosophy at Sophia University, named after Holy Wisdom of God (more precisely,  after the city named after Church of Holy Wisdom).
